Our offices are conveniently located on Route 44 on the west end of Millbrook (3208 Franklin Avenue). The following are directions from three key areas surrounding Millbrook.

From Poughkeepsie:
Take Route 44/82 East. Pass Pleasant Valley, the Taconic State Parkway and the Troupe K Headquarters. When you reach the light at the intersection of Route 44, Route 82 and Route 343, turn left onto Route 44/North Avenue going into Millbrook. We are the third house on the right. If you reach the Millbrook Tribute Gardens you have gone too far.

From Dover Plains:
Take Route 22 to Route 343 (west). Follow Route 343 to the light at the intersection of Route 44, Route 82 and Route 343, turn right onto Route 44/North Avenue going into Millbrook. We are the third house on the right. If you reach the Millbrook Tribute Gardens you have gone too far.

From Amenia:
Take Route 44 West. Pass Lithgow and Mabbettsville. At the intersection of Route 44 and Route 44A, follow Route 44 to the left and into Millbrook. Stay on Franklin Avenue (Route 44) through the light and follow the curve to the left (the Tribute Gardens will be on your right and you will now be on North Avenue). Front Street and the Millbrook Orthopedic & Sports Therapy Center will be on your left. We are the third building on the left past the Sports Therapy Center. If you reach the intersection of Route 44, Route 82 and Route 343, you have gone too far.
